GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Crane Charges: Crane hire charges will be applicable as per the crane type, capacity, and rates mentioned in the invoice.

2. Crane Capacity: Required crane capacity/tonnage will be assessed and provided at the site based on the work requirement.

3. Cancellation & Payment: Cancellation after crane dispatch may attract applicable mobilization/transportation charges. Payment to be made as per the terms mentioned in the invoice.

4. Payment Terms: Payment to be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.

5. Rate Revision: The equipment rental rates are subject to change with fuel market fluctuations at the time of operation.
